Its been 6 years since the idea of Doctor’s Bazaar was conceptualized. We take a look back at our journey so far and plan our road ahead.

Doctor’s Bazaar market-network community hosting over 4500+ products from over 35+ OEM brands has generated over 1.5 Mn page views, 5000+ engagements and 3500+ enquiries valued at over $125Mn in the last 12 months from over 100,000 visitors.

We are working to make Doctor’s Bazaar, the go-to community in the Medtech space for product discovery, networking, engagement and interaction between OEMs and clinical engineers, doctors, purchase managers and patients.

Our tools allow OEMs to group products and standardize specifications across 1800+ medical device categories making search, product discovery and comparison much simpler for their customers.

Our multi-tiered social network tech allows users from hospitals to have private conversations with the right product specialists / sales & support agent / channel partner from OEMs centered around products and services, share documentation and also curate products and services of interest.

Atto Market is enabling collaborative omni-channel commerce. With companies like Medtronic Diabetes, Rudolf Riester GmbH and ResMed using the application to roll out e-commerce to their customers across the globe.

The unique micro-store technology enables OEMs to configure their web-shop as a collection of sub-stores managed by their distributors / retail partners. OEMs can configure the sub-store by allocating geography of operation, products, pricing & offers as well as regulatory workflows required in the particular location. Language and content can also be customized at a sub-store level. Distributors can configure inventory, set up drop-ship rules, link payment gateways and bank accounts to the store.

Customers are routed to the sub-store based on the delivery location and their orders are fulfilled by the local channel partner of the OEM. This allows OEMs to offer convenience of ecommerce to B2B and B2C customers with a local touch, saving huge operational and set-up costs while getting a huge ROI on digital marketing.

Revenue share of e-commerce has increased to over 28% of the total revenue where AttoMarket solution was deployed in last 18 months. A y-o-y growth of 250% was witnessed in the region as OEMs witnessed a sharp shift in customers opting for online as a medium for buying. Buyer retention tools like subscriptions, wallets and coupons resulted in over 80% of the customers using them to make recurring purchases on the web-shop.

Atto CMMS software is enabling hospitals to manage assets and digitize clinical engineering workflows and offers deep analytical insights into asset performance, costs and operational efficiency of assets and service teams.

Over 150+ hospitals in India & Middle East are using Atto CMMS to manage 250K+ assets valued at $450Mn. Over 3500+ users generate 15,000+ service logs and over 7,500+ incidents every month. This data is helping fine tune maintenance schedules, spares and accessories inventory and gives a better edge to hospitals in capex planning and maintenance contract negotiations.

Hospitals have reported a huge improvement in asset performance and operational efficiency. Here is a snapshot of metrics of hospitals using Atto CMMS for at-least 10 quarters

  • 82% reduction in the resolution time. Decreased from an avg. of 19.91 days to 3.61 days.
  • Better incident visibility and reporting : Incidents reported witnessed a 3X growth in the first 3 quarters. Preemptive measures resulted in a 30% reduction in the incidents in the following quarters
  • Down time reduction of 81% from almost 3,200 days in 2nd quarter to less than 600 days by the end of the 10th quarter on a base of 1600+ assets or 145,000 available asset day
  • Avg. time between failures for assets that reported more than one failure in a quarter. This went up by a factor of 6X from about 19 days in the first quarter to 110 days in the 10th quarter.

A two page idea on the notebook has transformed into a platform that’s redefining engagement models between MedTech OEMs and hospitals across product discovery, commerce and post sale asset lifecycle management.
