A market leader in glucose monitoring space described this volume jump from 300–400 bulk shipments and invoices a month (in master cartons) to over 50,000+ individual customer shipments for which payment and address had to be validated, items had to be picked and packed at a unit level, and shipping and delivery had to be coordinated and managed not to mention complaint and return management.
